SCHOLARSHIPS
Outstanding Character: for outstanding students who consistently exemplify congeniality, kindness and openness to classmates, demonstrated academic achievement, contributed to the community and/or worked outside the home, and will attend a four-year accredited college or university.
Fine Arts: for outstanding students of performing (acting, dancing, music, voice) or visual (art, broadcast media, design, gaming) arts who contributed to the community and/or worked outside the home and will attend an accredited conservatory program or a an accredited college or university.
Founders Scholarship: for outstanding students who honor past W.T. White graduates through their leadership, character and citizenship, who carry forward and spread the Longhorn Spirit to current students, who contributed to the community and/or worked outside the home, and who will attend a four-year accredited college or university.
Longhorn Spirit: for students who encourage, and inspire classmates to encourage, the efforts and successes of their classmates, who demonstrate excellent character and/or leadership, who contributed to the community or worked outside the home, and who will attend a four-year accredited college or university.
Good Sportsman: for student athletes that consistently exemplified good sportsmanship and character, who demonstrated academic achievement, who contributed to the community and/or worked outside the home, and who will attend a four-year accredited college or university.
Trades: for students who will pursue training and/or licensure in construction or manufacturing trades, who demonstrated such interest via class participation, extra-curricular activities or work outside the home, and who will attend a community college trade program or professional trade school.
